  • Behavioural assessments investigate whether individuals, both children and adults, exhibit challenging behaviours that deviate from age-appropriate norms. These concerns may manifest as hyperactivity, impulsivity, aggression, attention difficulties, and disruptions in learning or social interactions. Formulating an accurate diagnosis may involve parent interviews, obtaining developmental history, diagnostic questionnaires, teacher interviews, school observations, and clinical sessions with the individual. This comprehensive approach empowers individuals and their families to gain insights into the underlying causes of challenging behaviour, facilitating the creation of tailored treatment plans to modify behaviour and mitigate its impact on daily life.
